These are really nice soft close slides and are easy to install. Especially if youve installed drawer slides before. Their customer service is off the charts. During the installation the ball bearing cage for 2 slides failed. (One side of 2 different drawers) When I contacted them about the issue they were all over it and shipped out a replacement. These are really nice slides. I would recommend them and I would use them (and plan too) again.
