Function and Usage
The Double Bed Rail Hook attaches to bed posts and has hook slots on the side, providing attachment points for bed rails. The double attachment points are perfect for double hook end style rails. In order to determine whether these bed frame hooks are compatible with your bed, please measure the distance between the two pins on your headboard/footboard to ensure they are 2 inches apart on center.

During a move I misplaced the brackets to my bed I bought at Rooms To Go 20 years ago. A perfect fit, and sturdy. The holes for the screws were arranged differently, but not a problem.
